The Elston project is located on 3434-3440 N. Elston Avenue. These two buildings comprise 13 upscale apartments with quality finishes. There are three bedroom and two bedroom units available with private balconies and majestic fireplaces. The kitchens have stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, and custom-made cabinets. Each unit is equipped with in-unit washer and dryer. Each master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a double-bowl vanity. Other amenities include indoor parking and fantastic hardwood flooring. The Elston project is only a half mile away from public transportation and the I-90.

Possibly the worst building management we had. Very slow to answer to requests, constantly making unreasonable asks to long term tenants. They also overcharge most people with no good rationale....

Amazing service from technicians to staffs! Overall, great apartment to live in. Spacious balcony and interior. High ceiling. Shower booth available. Appliances are recent model.

Didn't realize how good I had it til I moved out. Someone was onsite weekly. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Responsive staff. Hope to live in another of their properties in the near future
