History

IMPACT Equities Group was formed for the purpose of providing all encompassing real estate services. Ryan Scully (Owner of IMPACT Equities Group LLC) began investing in real estate at the age of 21 while he worked in finance for a major lending institution. Soon after, Ryan realized how beneficial investing in real estate can be, and that it should be an asset in every investors portfolio. Ryan saw that there was a need to form a company that could allow just about anyone to invest in real estate. IMPACT Equities Group was formed, and we've been providing people with the ability to invest in real estate ever since!
