They literally said that they would take 8 minutes for my food which it literally took 26 minutes and half of my food was cold and give me the wrong drink

Not good at all. KFC used to be really great with the original recipe. Or an original recipe and got something that was overdone and crispy. Pretty awful.

Bland and flavorless chicken cut into strange looking pieces. Not fresh. I think the chicken had been sitting in the warming tray for an hour. Skip.
