They couldn't figure out the fax machine and seemed to feel like it was my fault. That was 90 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Told me to come back tomorrow - I live an hour away. No thanks.

Donna is stellar at this Hinsdale location! Only took one try for bloodwork and there wasn't any discomfort.
