I hate all party citys! You have one job....balloons! They never have helium!...HOW SWAY! And one lady was semi nice the other with no name tag...RUDE AS EVER!HATE PARTY CITY!

This has to be the worst store in the city of Chicago. Customer service is poor. There is always a long line with one cashier BUT several associates working. No sense of urgency!!!!
