I am originally from Ukraine, where I earned my PHD in Technical Sciences, and became a "Professor of Heating & Air Conditioning" and lecturer. The work was done. However, there was a lot of complaining, and overselling on services. Expected more from a person with a PhD but turned out to be a pretty "usual" HVAC service call.
