Unfortunately, my experience with Public Storage was disappointing. The customer service was unhelpful, and I had issues accessing my unit during posted hours.

Worst place ever. Ripped me off and sold my dead mother's belongings. Auctioned all our stuff and still took $520 out of my account

Todd was very nice but the place is old. The storage unit smelled awful. Very strong mice urine smell.
