Please take down that dumb robot drive thru machine. It's not necessary when you go to the window to pick up your food you see people just standing around doing nothing.

I have to say even though the place was packed and the wait was longer than normal, the young man behind the counter was so nice and went above and beyond! Fast food will always be fast food but...

This specific Wendy's location is consistently the best Wendy's I've been to; especially their deluxe cheeseburger.
