Happened to drive through Waterloo and saw the billboard for this joint. Burgers looked good so we stopped in. Not a huge menu but a good menu. I am going to say this is my favorite smash burger...

I truly don't understand the hype behind Big Head Burger. I've lived in the area for three years and have given this place three chances, hoping it would eventually live up to its reputation....

I love big head! Fast ordering and service, quality food. Shakes are awesome. Burgers have that wonderful crispy edge and gooey cheese. Can order at kiosk or with human.

"Freddie's" at twice the price. Smash burgers. They're good, the fries are good. It's a "cute" but odd hole in the wall. Staff is pleasant. Worth one trip.
