The Upper floor smelled like cigarettte smoke. The comforter on our bed had a lot of cigarette burns in it. Overall a horribly run down motel.

Awesome clean and quite rooms. Restaurants close by. One of the best motel 6 I've ever stayed at. And I travel 250 days out of the year.
