Cia (Coffee Ice cream and Art) cafe is a local business located across from smahas market on ocean street. we offer an assortment of pastries from standard, Bam bam and two fat cats. we also have great bagels from Dennis the bagel guy.

Food and Coffee is good, no complaints there. Customer service continues to decline. I've been coming somewhat consistently for a few months, but I am just about done with the atmosphere of CIA....
