They can't make good coffee, simple order and it never taste right. Asked for sugar in my iced coffee forgot I had to specify liquid sugar, I now have crunchy bland coffee

This coffee hits the spot after my 6yr old grandson bday party. Even though it's later in the evening, the service and coffee is hot & fresh!

Very rude employees and demeaning!!! I will never come back again in this place. The lady who served us today March 30, 2025 at 6:48 pm was the worst customer service and the guy with him as well....

Who approved the plans for this drive thru? The whole parking lot is impossible to use or navigate when it gets busy. It's also about 30% more expensive than other Dunkin's in the area
