Their pricing for basic service (and to diagnose even a simple problem) is way too high. And, God forbid you need something done like new spark plugs or brakes- forget about it. Not as friendly...

Horrible customer service. Service prices are inflated compared to everyone else. Even the headquarters knows that bernardi is a horrible place!
