I order from this Dunkns frequently via GrubHub. I understand that it is a luxury. I wish the GrubHub app would show a list of "refunds". I am not sure how this Dunkns is still operating the same...

I did a mobile order---1 sandwich, 3 donuts, a lemonade. It took 36 minutes to be ready and the sandwich was burnt on one side and raw on the other.

Ordered a hot bacon egg and chees sandwich and it was cold and on an uncooked English muffin. The quality of service here is horrible. I will avoid at all costs now
