This year was the second time I've entrusted O'Lyn to redo my roof. They were even better this year than 23 or so years ago: responsive, courteous, careful with cleanup and protecting plantings.

The roof cleaners just left. Two guys were here for 3 hours. Total cost was $2850, which equates to $950 / hour for two guys, two pressure washers, and a big tank of a "proprietary" cleaner....
