Worst ups place I've ever been too. Nobody knows anything or how to assist and find a simple package. I hope ups goes out of business really. They are all useless.

I would give this place a lower score if possible the young man behind the desk was rude and unprofessional. He claimed I swore at him when I never did and tried to kick me out of the facility....
