Chef/Owner Zack Sklar has debuted his chef inspired take on Detroit Style Deep Dish Pies built on the foundation of his naturally fermented dough. Chef Zack utilizes the highest quality fresh daily ingredients ranging from house made sausage to imported cheeses which makes his Pies stand out from all of the rest. Gluten free and vegan pizzas are all the rage as well with little to no taste difference from the regular dough!
