Food was good. I was missing an item from a pick up order and didn't realize it was gone until I got to the office. I tried calling but the phone line kept sending me to a corporate phone service....

This is what I received as a French Dip Sandwich. It tasted as bad as it looks. What a massacre of a roast beef sandwich!!! Tasteless mush. And Firehouse supposedly has a good reputation....

Ordered off yelp. Order was correct for 5 subs. Estimated time was updated and extended. Driver was very nice. Ans the subs tasted great.
