We slice our all-natural meats and fresh veggies in-house every day. Our fresh-baked bread is made right here where you can see it, and our house-made tuna salad is fresh every day. The flavor of a ripe tomato, crisp shredded lettuce, combined with fresh-baked bread, fresh-sliced meat and real Hellmann's mayo - that's when the magic happens. Didn't tell us the wait time at the time we ordered. After 15 minutes they said it would be another 30+ for 4 sandwiches. We got our money back and went to Qdoba next door - they were very quick!

Horrible, they completely screwed up my sub. When I said a plain ham and cheese, they threw on all the toppings.

Love my Jimmy John's but you HAVE to do something about your bacon! It is awful! Fatty and the taste is incredibly rancid! Cadillac and all locations consistently awful.

when i got my food delivered and threw my food on the stairs and didn't hand it to me took about an hour to get my food
