This was a good location... unfortunately it took a wrong turn with new ownership. New wasn't exactly improved. The employees are rude and disrespectful, and they try to up charge for everything....

This location has friendly and helpful customer service. It was packed. I shipped a piece of carryon luggage to Florida and it cost about $100 which was under 50lbs. They out it in a box and did...

This location is the nearest to my home. The workers are friendly, and wait time isn't long even though they get busy at times.
