Customer service and telling the customer what is really going on. Don't tell someone come to us and we'll give you some free items and then find out when you get the bill they were deceiving you.

Staff was excellent, knowledgeable and kind. I did schedule an appt. in advance, first thing in the a.m. and still had to wait 30 minutes and that was a bit of a disappointment but no company...

Go to any other location. The incompetence here is mind blowing. Ask you to wait for 55 minutes then say "oh that's a manufacturing issue. Can't help" how did the r first three people not know that?
