I've pulled in to this drive-through and left more times than I've stayed because of a couple of things. Number one, Arby's is not the cheapest fast food and number two, the wait in this drive...

Waited 20 minutes for a dine-in order and eventually gave up and got my money back. Apathetic staff, chaotic. Staff can't manager drive thru, walk ups, app orders, etc. Not suggesting this is easy...
