Standing at the door for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged just to get a seat is so ridiculous. We can see into the kitchen - where employees are standing - openly ignoring us at the door....

Had an order on May 31st at the Joplin Rib Crib takeout order got home wasn't even close to my order called and talked to the manager he said he would refund it I have yet to receive that refund...

Chicken fried steak and nachos are great. Tried chicken salad and other sliced meats, but they were very dry.
