Dr. Thedinger has a great practice and overall organization. Ashley has been tremendous at getting my new hearing aid adjusted and operating at maximum functionality. Kudos to the entire group.

Very disappointed in quality of both service and hearing aids. Repeated trips for hearing aid functional issues and repair are met with business as usual response from office.

TLDR: Do not go here if you have TRICARE. You will pay out-of-pocket for any hearing aides here. Call TRICARE and get a referral anywhere else. This provider is taking advantage of service members...
