My friend and I came to this location a couple days ago. I like this location. Nice store front outside and a spacious, nice decor inside. We ordered the same drink, Hot Venti Caramel Macchiato....

Messed up my white hot chocolate order, i got regular instead and watered down. Also took forever to get my order.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received at this location! Starbucks needs to train staff better
