I had never been to a Carl's Jr. and today was my first try. It will be my last. I like it as much as I like BK: not at all. I'm just not a fan of that Smokey flavor. I'm a McDonald's kinda girl....

Close this location already. The people that work here are miserable and take it out on every customer that walks through the door. The shopping center is completely dead. There are no customers....
