What can be improved is the desk at the top of the stairs at the Delta counter. We have been waiting 25 minutes in line to get our seat assignment cause I don't let you get a seat assignment...

If I could give a zero I would!! Our carryons were taken at boarding because supposedly there was no room. Got on the plane and there were 4 empty bins. Our carryons did not make our destination....
