Gone a few times now and enjoyed myself but my last visit, yesterday, wasn't as good. A few of their props weren't working and the person at the front desk would have to enter the room to help....

Had a great time with my daughters and my best friend and his daughters! Puzzles were challenging but the kids were able to help! We made it out!
