They let a stranger use my id to attempt to open an account. So they do not properly check id or faces. And will just give you an email to contact there legal department. Extremely disappointing...

Called first and came in to cash check but after waiting 45mins filling out application to cash a check was told it's a holiday and can't cash it?! No kidding that's why I called!!
