They go back on what they said a month ago on pricing and then when you come back in they say that they never said that price for buying jewelry. Not the friendliest of places either

Tried to upgrade a ring we purchased in 2012. Had all documents. We paid 2200 dollars. The bitch offered us $500 cash, saying it's not worth as much. They lied!!! Beware....
