Spend $20 to get no napkins. Man was clueless to customer service. No apology maybe even a little sarcasm or sprinkle of the tism. Clueless!! Do better Taco Bell.

I ordered a Luxe box with 2 cheesy burritos and a chalupa tace, drink and whatever the styrofoam sweets were. I got home and went to eat the meal. The cheesy burritos were crushed flat and welded...

Yes it's Taco Bell, and fast food. However, the lack of ANY response from management and/or corporate is just sad.
