At Dulce Capital we offer from scratch pastries and desserts. After working for dulce bakery and coffee for five years on and off Molly decided to take the daunting task of buying the bakery from the original owners. Molly along with her husband Armando decided to put a twist on the brand and call it Dulce Capital. Here at Dulce Capital we continue to offer the great goodies that dulce originally offered but we are adding a little local twist to and adding some of the goodies that they grew up having at family get togethers.

This is a cute little café. It has wonderful cinnamon rolls, and quite honestly everything in the case looked delicious!

Friendly staff, clean place, many options, low on stuff in the display case, chai was decent! Cupcake was dry. Icing was yummy.

This dough is made with love. One of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had. Get it warmed up! Soft, pillowy dough with just the right amount of cinnamon and icing. Divine. Great coffee too!
