Subway is Subway, I guess, but the one embedded in this truck stop was a great choice for us to grab a quick lunch to eat in the car on the way to the Navajo Reservation from the Albuquerque...

I was pleasantly surprised that this subway attached to a somewhat sketchy looking gas station produced an acceptable tasting sandwich.
