Service was a bit iffy, as it seemed like the staff didn't know what they were doing. But we picked up a cake to celebrate Bubs birthday with the fam. We got a big cupcake cake and the fam raved...

Literally my favorite Dunkin! Always great service and my coffee is made perfectly. Only downside is the drive thru entrance is horrible and causes scary traffic. Jams

I'm glad I moved out to Lake Ronkonkoma. It's given me a fresh look at this lengthy island and provided me with opportunities to visit new places...like Dunkin'. Ha! Of course Dunkin' is nothing...

Always mess up order ! The lattes are tasteless I now get my latte at my library it is a genuine real hot latte just right the first time ! These kids that work at Dunkin in Ronkonkoma really need...
