I live near this subway and noticed they had a low rating. That being said I've gone here on and off for years, and while subway will never be super duper exciting, they've never gotten our order...

This subway on Union Street is no good. They DO NOT accept the local coupons that's sent through the mail. They have a small sign at the cash register. The should post large signs at the door...
