No one in line and ordered through drive up. Received drinks then asked to pull forward to wait and wait we did. About 15 min later food is walked out. Good news is the food was hot

Bad customer service, food had no taste. I ordered one of their new Turkey sandwiches and it was awful and they did not give me napkins and I was at the drive thru.

I love their french fries and burgers, but I hate going to this local Arby's because so many times I end up waiting FAR TOO LONG for FRIES. And the servers are so rude. It's ridiculous. Almost...

I just had the worst Reuben sandwich there. I get them there a lot but tonight it was awful. The meat was dried and hard, and there was hardly any sauerkraut on it.
