Usually Arby's is good. But today I had to write because I ordered one of the new brown sugar BLT's. That bacon was so old and hard it was tougher than jerky. $5.59 sandwich and I had to feed it...

Staff are very rude. We ordered and our card got locked, unaware of this. We told staff we would be back after calling the card company. Staff yelled and were being very rude.

I was held hostage and forced to eat here. Took freaking forever to get food with only 4 cars in the drive thru. My chicken sandwich had a biscuit size piece of chicken on it. It was not warm at...
