Waited 16 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. While waiting, I also noticed several workers with hair down their back, no hair net or anything. Seems like gloves may be optional for some...

Spent 25 min in the drive thru and food still wasn't ready. Waited another 10 min at curb. Plus every food prep person had hair down to middle of back and not a single hair net in sight.
