I find it interesting that the complaints and negative reviews are about the staff. I live 5 minutes from this location and have never had an employee be disrespectful. They're in fact very kind....

Twice now I have stopped at this location because it is on my way home from work and they are terribly rude. They lie and say that the shake machine is down because they started cleaning it early....

On Mayfield Road, the dining room was still not open, and the drive-thru was busy. We got the fish sandwich for Lent. They were nice size and very good. I had heard Arby's had the best fish...

I just sat in line for 30 minutes for someone to say, hey we are closed. Mind you its 6pm on a weekend...

Arby's seems to only rude and disrespectful drive thu employees, foods great, service awfull !
