I have never been disappointed by this Arby's. I always order delivery so my experience may have a reason to be different than others... but as far as I'm concerned the food always comes perfect....

I've been there at least twice now and received a sandwich that had obviously been premade and hat been sitting for quite awhile. They were not busy or rushed so there's no excuse for this

I ordered a beef and cheddar and it was pitiful, half the sandwich was without any roast beef at all. The other side was barely much better....not worth the money.
