I have absolutely loved living here the past few years! Champion Communities does a great job! The units have plenty of storage which is great for me, and my neighbors are so nice! -Lauren

They do most things right, lived here for 2 years, the only thing that's really bad is what is out of their control. The general area just has really gone downhill in terms of crime.

This place has the absolute worst management staff imaginable!! I live in an apartment that is privately owned but managed by Angela Baker and her staff. We have lived here for going on 5 years....
