New Years Eve. Called around 5 PM and was told it wasn't necessary to order ahead for a 7 PM order. Went to pick up order and waited in line an hour to find out that it wasn't even in the oven yet.

Family ordered from Donatos Marion, delivery of 1 large Supreme, no saug, add chicken thin crust & asked for 1 full size cinnamon twists, but received 1 full size Party Twists instead...?? Twists...

Love the margarita pizza but the balsamic glaze they put on it now is just gross. Not sure when it changed but they need to change it back.

They couldn't get an order for a breath of air correct and if I had to rely on them delivering on time I'd be cold and blue.
