This review is for Solon location. Awful. Disorganized, dirty, extremely slow service. Very disappointing. I usually go to woodmere location on Chagrin Blvd. Won't be returning to this location.

Got a #6 roast beef hardly and roast beef on sun......I go to a lot of jers Mikes and this one puts the least amount of meat on sun .......the one in Brunswick is a lot better...
