**UPDATE** I emailed the company after filing the claim and asked them to cancel my order. They told me it already shipped and to send it back if I don't want it. But of course return shipping...

Sadly the part that I ordered ended up lost in the mail ( tracking ended in limbo) and I never received it. I was given a refund in a timely manner and a live person helped me at their 800...
