Now I understand why over 200 Steak N Shake locations have closed in the last seven years. Ordering at this location is via kiosk only; apparently, they can't be bothered to operate a cash...

Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milkshakes.

TOOK 45 MINUTES just to order.... took another 15 just waiting to pay and receiving the food. no lies here...steak 'n shake has good food but good food shouldn't take over an hour.... Burger was...

Services was bad Floors was Dirty tables needed cleaned. As well. Food was ok could be better at the atmosphere made you feel unwelcomed. They need to Do a Better Job there and They wasn't Busy....
