An Ambassador will call 1 to 2 weeks prior with questions to tailor the dinner. If you requested Chef’s counter seating, we will do our best to accommodate but have limited seating. Blind tasting menu: 7 course $137 each or 10 course $187 each. Wine Pairings - Silver: $100, Gold: $150, Platinum: $300. This is a unique dining experience; menus highlight unforgettable flavors from all over the world. The wine tier you choose will not change the quantity, but rather the quality, platinum being the highest, top shelf option. Other beverage options: wine by the glass or bottle, craft cocktails, non-alcohol choices. (All prices are per person and do not include tax or gratuity.) Dining time: 7 course is 2.5 to 3 hours, 10 is 3.5 to 4. Groups over 6, add 60 min to expected dining time. Reservations require credit cards.
