There was 1 person ahead of me and I waited 30 mins and they lady couldn't work the machines properly and when it was time for the eye exam the man did not take me seriously

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! So disappointed. Start to finish. Made appointment, but that didn't matter. Walk ins got to go ahead of me. Got charged for a FREE eye exam. Wasted a whole day ....
