Clean, comfortable, open spaces to sit, nice decor, open until 1 am which is great for socializing without drunks! Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Parking sucks so I've had to drive in circles...

I have met some of my best friends & most genuine humans through this community. Many memories made at both Division & Vancouver locations! Kava is top-notch!
