Wasn't expecting gourmet food, but they couldn't even get the rice right. It was either under cooked or had been sitting out so long it dried out (or both).

I have been multiple times. I let it go the first time but this place just has bad quality. Chicken burnt both times. Small protein portions. Does not live up to the chipotle name. Skip this...

There is not an option to eliminate the guacamole on the deliver orders for people who are allergic. Not good.

I GOT PLASTIC IN MY FOOD! Almost choked, Microplastics, very hazardous, what if my daughter ate this. Do better. not acceptable, lost my appetite
