International Line Builders is an electrical distribution and transmission line construction company. The company s services include: underground utilities construction and maintenance; lead cable splicing and maintenance; fault locating and repair; testing and maintenance of network protectors; 24-hour emergency storm restoration services; and assurance testing. ILB was founded in 1983 and is located in Tualatin, Ore. International Line Builders and its sister company, Highline Equipment Company, were acquired by MDU Resources Group in 1997 and made a part of Utility Services.
